Hello all! I'm starting a blog for my last trimester of babyness. Here are a few pictures of the beginning of the end.

This is our "nursery". Mom and Dad came to visit us for my graduation and bought us this dresser/block/compartment thing. It works perfectly for what we need in our tiny apartment. Our little nursery is missing a few things right now... such as a place for our baby to sleep. But I think its getting there.

And here is me at 25 weeks prego. I'm 28 now so the picture is a little old but you can see how much our baby is growing and taking over my body. She's become our resident alien. She's been calming down as of late I think because a) the heat or b) she's getting cramped and doesn't have enough room to kick around. She's still pretty rambonxious though.
We just had a baby appointment this morning with a new midwife. We are on rotation at our doctor's office now, visiting all the midwives who work there every 2 weeks. We met with Ilene Good who is a crazy person but very informative. She kept calling my swollen feet pillow paws. John and I both definitely like our original midwife Julie more. On the more exciting end I've only gained 1 pound since my last visit two weeks ago (I am now at my weight gain max! Eeks!) and my blood pressure went down from last time and is now normal. YAY! Our new assignments are to preregister at the hospital and to find a pediatrician. A bit scary!

This is my belly buddy Jen and me. She's two weeks ahead of me but its so great to have someone in the same position I'm in... literally. We have already taken a baby safety and CPR class together (with John and her husband Jon). This Monday we are starting a water aerobics class (I hope it helps with the swelling) and next Thursday the 9th we start our natural birth class together.
I hope this will be a great way of keeping everybody informed. Until next time, peace and much love to you!
